On November 13, Nagaland minister Temjen Imna Along shared 4 pictures of organic vegetables in Nagaland. This was his answer to a Twitterati’s question on whether Nagaland has vegetarian food or not. The pictures show an array of fresh organic produce right from the farms.

He Urges Foodies To Choose Organic Veggies Instead Of French Fries

There are mushrooms, brinjals, green leafy veggies, bottle gourds and even fresh bamboo shoots neatly arranged on banana leaves. Even the packaging is eco-friendly. It looks delicious! The Minister of Higher Education & Tribal Affairs stated in his caption: “All these organic healthy veggies and still we choose French fries. See how those fresh veggies are inviting you to Nagaland. Isn’t it alluring enough?”
