After a hiatus of two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, New York Pizza Festival is back with a bang. Here are all the saucy deets about it.
New York Pizza Festival To Tantalise Taste Buds Of Pizza Lovers
A report by TimeOut has announced that the New York Pizza Festival 2023 is here pampering New Yorkers with the finest slices from top pizzerias in the hood. The festival will take place from June 10 to August 20. Spanning across 10 delicious weeks, the pizza fest will feature local favourite restaurants like Midwood’s Di Fara, a regular topper on New York’s best pizza list, year after year and also Williamsburg’s Best Pizza.
Foodies can gorge on a variety of pizzas from the classic New York-style slices to the authentic wood-fired Napoletana original. Of course, there are the Chicago deep dish pizza slices, Sicilian styles, pineapple-topped Hawaiian slices and then the thin-crust crispy Roman pies. While a full line of the participating pizzerias hasn’t been released, there are other cheesy deets you must know.

Pizza Workshops, Cooking Stations, Live Music & More
Firstly, this year’s New York Pizza Festival will be hosted by Caputo’s Market & Deli, TF Cornerstone and Lavazza Coffee Company. All profits from the festival will be donated to the Mayor’s Fund. At the pizza festival, visitors can gorge on freshly prepared pizzas at five cooking stations. Plus they can enrol for quick pizza-making classes, jam to live music and so much more. Though the admission fee to the festival is free, people need to buy tickets for the food and drinks.

The timings for the festival held from June 10 to August 20 are from 4 pm to 10 pm on weekdays and then again from 1 pm to 10 pm on weekends. The pizza festival is popping up in New York after their last virtual festival in 2021. Once again held in person, this festival is a must-visit for every pizza lover in New York.
