Mumbai’s real estate sector witnessed a mega deal where the Chairman of Bajaj Auto, Niraj Bajaj, bought an extravagant sea-facing penthouse from the real estate developer Lodha Group. This agreement took place on Mar 13th 2023, that is Monday. And if the rumours are correct, then this was one of the costliest apartment deals that the Mumbai Real estate sector has witnessed.

As for the penthouse, it is on the 29th, 30th and 31st floors of the Lodha Malabar tower — a super luxurious in town. It is located opposite the governor’s home on Walkeshwar Road overlooking the Arabian Sea and touching the Hanging Gardens. Also called the Emperor’s Palace, this triplex is a total of eighteen thousand and eight square feet. The stamp duty for this penthouse alone costs ₹15.15 crores. As for the perks for the owner of this luxurious penthouse, the person would get access to eight car parking slots.
