From November 1, VietJet is offering a flight service between Ho Chi Minh City and Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu. This new flight service is an attempt to aid connectivity between the two countries. The fare may be as low as ₹5,555.
According to an article recently published by Omanorama, around three lakh passengers from Indian airports flew to Vietnam in the first six months of this year alone. This is nearly five times more than the number of passengers last year.
As of now, VietJet offers flight services between New Delhi and Ho Chi Minh City, New Delhi and Ha Noi, Mumbai and Ha Noi, Mumbai and Ho Chi Minh City, Ahmedabad and Ha Noi, Ahmedabad and Ho Chi Minh City, and Kochi and Ho Chi Minh City.
After The Massive Success Of Kochi Service
The flight service between Kochi and Ho Chi Minh City has only recently started and it witnessed a massive success. Given its huge success, VietJet has announced another flight service between Ho Chi Minh City and Trichy.
The Kochi flight service operates four times a week. The flight leaves Ho Chi Minh City at 6:55 PM local time and arrives in Kochi around 10:50 PM. It then begins its return flight around 11:50 PM and reaches Ho Chi Minh City around 6:25 AM on the next day. It provides economy and premium economy seats.
