Oman is currently experiencing unsettling weather, as the Gulf nation is devasted by torrential rain and powerful winds.
Videos that are becoming viral on social media depict the storm’s effects. A whole trash can is lying on its side in the middle of a road in a residential area, blown over by the wind, as the fronds of palm trees wobble alarmingly.
Some videos are difficult to understand since the visibility has decreased to almost nothing.
As the weather outside grows more hostile, people have sought refuge within structures. In the video above, a guy keeps a store’s doors shut while storm-related debris, including cardboard boxes, tumbles down the street.
