Oman Affected By Heavy Rain & Storm; Residents Get Stuck Indoors Due To Zero Visibility

It’s beginning to look a lot like rains are coming in early this year. But it’s not the usual trickling business happening with rain. Heavy outpour, strong winds and destruction is the way rain decided to enter this year. Oman has become the latest victim of such haphazard weather conditions and people are stuck indoors due to this climate. Let’s find out the status of Oman rain.

Oman Under The Wrath Of Turbulent Weather Conditions

Oman is currently experiencing unsettling weather, as the Gulf nation is devasted by torrential rain and powerful winds.

Videos that are becoming viral on social media depict the storm’s effects. A whole trash can is lying on its side in the middle of a road in a residential area, blown over by the wind, as the fronds of palm trees wobble alarmingly.

Some videos are difficult to understand since the visibility has decreased to almost nothing.

As the weather outside grows more hostile, people have sought refuge within structures. In the video above, a guy keeps a store’s doors shut while storm-related debris, including cardboard boxes, tumbles down the street.

The Sultanate of Oman expects temperatures to range from 19 degrees in Jabal Shams in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate to 45 degrees in the Wilayat of Al-Suwaiq in North Al Batinah Governorate today.
