Wolfgang Puck Catering has released the food menu for the 2024 Oscars Governors Ball. The menu, although extravagant and innovative, is filled with classic and basic dishes. In a series of posts shared on their Instagram page, Wolfgang Puck Catering has shared a glimpse of the menu. Some of these dishes include wood-fired pizzas, paella, crispy rice, fish and chips, wild mushroom, and black truffle risotto, and vegan lasagna. There will also be serving saffron rice, tuna tartare in miso cones, truffle mac and cheese, and caviar-topped tater tots.

There will be buffet-style stations and small bites served around by servers at the venue. Coming to the dessert menu, they will serve chocolate-covered Oscars this year as well. Besides that, there will be chocolate eclairs, chocolate cigars, kombucha pâte de fruits, raspberry cheesecake, and calamansi and caramel cream puffs.

Wolfgang Puck Has Been Catering For Oscars For 30 Years!

Did you know that Wolfgang Puck Catering has been serving dinner at the Governors Ball for 30 years? Austrian chef Wolfgang Puck opened his restaurant, Spago, in 1982. This establishment as well as the food soon became a favourite of bigwigs like Swifty Lazar, Michael Jackson, and Madonna. Seeing the celebrities’ love for the chef’s food, he was asked to cater the first Governors Ball in 1995. Chef Wolfgang Puck is especially famous for his 24-karat gold-plated chocolate Oscar figurines. These are served as desserts at this after-party!
