Padma Lakshmi is back with another recipe on Instagram and this time around she shared the recipe of a famous dish from Tamil Nadu called Manga Curry. Also known as Mango Curry, this dish got a lot of love on Padma’s Instagram and she decided to share its recipe with her followers.

She explains that while the dish does resemble a pickle, in Tamil Nadu it is famously known as Manga Curry. It is eaten as a condiment there as well. Instead of going for the usual tender green mangoes, Padma uses unripe ones for her recipe and it adds a crunchy texture to her dish.
