How far can you go for chocolate? Many chocolate lovers are ready to fly to Switzerland to relish the rich deliciousness of Swiss milk chocolate. Well, we just found a pastry chef who paraglided over a picturesque town in this beautiful European country and tempered chocolate in the air. Doesn’t it sound too exciting? Not only does it sound fascinating but looks adventure-filled too.

The video shows two paragliders flying high in the air and pastry chef Josia Reichen tempering Swiss milk chocolate on a slab in the flying setup. Before beginning the journey, he checked the temperature of the molten chocolate.  Next, he took off, spread molten chocolate on a flat surface, mixed the sweet treat, and coated the rabbit mould. After landing on the ground, he de-moulded the Swiss milk chocolate bunny gently and it looked absolutely perfect.

The pastry chef indulged in this adrenaline-rushing experience over the scenic town of Interlaken in Switzerland. Apart from the thrilling shots, we are impressed seeing the undisturbed views of the magnificent countryside.

Josia Reichen’s video has truly captivated viewers. While paragliding may seem adventurous and exciting from the ground, the activity has its set of pros and cons. Even the slightest of inconveniences may trigger life-threatening incidents. The reel of the pastry chef tempering chocolate and making a cute chocolate bunny is excellent. Instagrammers love his passion and how he portrayed the entire stunt.
