Rakul Preet Singh’s Easy Tip To Witness The Beautiful Aurora In Finland

We were on the topic of travel when Rakul Preet Singh shared that she plans her trips well in advance. Especially when the trip is going to be an expensive vacation due to the destination’s remote area or harsh weather conditions. Through this, she reflected on her Finland vacation diaries; it is known to be an expensive travel spot.

Back in 2023, Rakul and her friends explored the winter wonderland, tried Finland’s food, managed to do ice dips and more. Kamiya wanted to know some tips and tricks for someone who would travel to this place soon. The actor shared that they ran around different country borders to catch the vibrant Aurora lights in the sky. They were unsuccessful on the first day.

On the second day, they watched the sky glow in hues of green while on the third day, it was right outside their hotels. Hence, Rakul shared that everyone must download the Aurora tracking app. It is one of the most essential tips if you want to catch the ethereal northern lights in Finland and not run around waiting for them to appear.

Any Food Suggestions?

We also wanted good food suggestions from Rakul. Alas, were left disappointed when she informed us that it is better to carry cooked food from India. She elaborated that Indians are used to eating their comfort food consisting of dal, roti, rice, and veggies.

We also need to have some masaledar food. Finland is devoid of them as they largely have a blander palate. Keeping this in mind, it is better to pack some stuffed chappati, thepla and pickle. This will not only nourish you but also keep you full.
