Madhavan Experiences Maximum Stress From This
We had fascinating conversations about leading a healthy lifestyle. We couldn’t help but talk about stress as well. Kamiya was interested in knowing about R. Madhavan’s stress triggers.
The actor replied, “Being late for an event because I didn’t account for the stupidity of traffic gives me the maximum amount of stress.” He followed this response with a funnier and relatable crisis. He said, “Not having planned a trip which is going to last for one and a half hours and then going to the toilet at that right time gives you stress.”
The last one made Kamiya chuckle. There are times when the urgency to pee makes you nervous and increases stress. Madhavan doesn’t like being in such situations as his stress levels increase.

He Believes Stress Happens Because There Is Peace After
Continuing on the same conversations, the actor talked about how stress and peace go hand in hand. He had quite a different perspective on stress and enlightened us, “Stress is there so that you can appreciate the peace that comes after it!”
Madhavan added that experiencing a little bit of stress isn’t harmful when you think peace is right around the corner. This feeling helps to lower stress levels and makes one consider that there is light at the end of the tunnel. He concluded by saying, “You still have the stress but the impact of the stress is much less.”
He urges folks to find that one thing which is fun and helps to de-stress; be loyal to that activity and live your life.
