I Hate Being Recognised: Radhika Apte
Every celebrity loves to receive love from their fans and admirers. But things often go out of hand when these fans or paparazzi run behind them to click photos. Celebrities surely love to spend some time where they are not recognised by people and not get papped and mobbed by people. And the same goes for Radhika well. She revealed in the latest Sunday Brunch episode that she does not like getting recognised. ‘I hate being recognised. I really don’t like being recognised. In London, sometimes people recognise me and I just keep walking. I’m like please don’t recognise me.’
This Is When She Doesn’t Ming Being Recognised
Radhika candidly shared that she doesn’t have a problem with people recognising her in airports as she might get to skip the queues or get an upgrade. ‘The crew recognise me and want pictures but they never upgrade me if I don’t have a business class ticket.’
Radhika Never Eats The Flight Food
The Vikram Vedha actor unabashedly spoke about travelling in economy and not always business. She shared, ‘I sometimes go economy, I sometimes travel premium economy, sometimes I travel business. It really depends because I do this like a bus journey. I used to travel every 2 weeks. Imagine spending ₹5-6 lakhs on a business class ticket. Why do I need it? I don’t need that kind of expenditure at all. I actually think it’s a waste of money.’ She also revealed that she neither drinks on a flight nor eats the flight food. So she prefers premium economy normally.
You surely need to watch the latest episode of Sunday Brunch X The Bombay Journey for such of Radhika’s candid conversations.
