Raghunandan Srinivas Kamath Passed Away On Friday
Naturals Ice Cream’s owner took his last breath on May 17. He lost his life at the age of 70 years. According to a report by Daijiworld, Raghunandan Srinivas Kamath was admitted to the H N Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai. He passed away on Friday night at that hospital after facing some health problems.
He was the founder of Naturals Ice Cream and established the company all around India with his determination and hard work. Raghunandan was the backbone and visionary behind the famous brand. Though he was not a bright student and could not do well in his studies, he used all his expertise in building his business. He shifted from a village in Mangalore to Mumbai when he was only 14. After doing some small work, he realised his passion for business and began this venture and the rest is history.
Naturals Ice Cream is one of India’s most loved and favourite ice cream brands. From the usage of fruits to unique flavours to deliciousness in each bite, a set of amazing factors contribute to the ice cream brand becoming a loved name among the masses.

Born to a fruit vendor, he had a very humble and modest beginning since his childhood. From seeing his father selling fruits to using fruits to make ice creams in hundreds of outlets around India, the journey of reaching the highest point of his career is a remarkable tale to cherish and learn from. Today, there are more than 160 outlets of Naturals Ice Cream in about 15 Indian states. According to several reports, his company has a turnover of ₹400 crore.
