Badshah is prepared to introduce three restaurant brands in collaboration with Babita Puri Gupta and Udayveer Gupta. The restaurants are: Sago Spice Symphony, Seville, and Sidera.
The three establishments will be housed in a large 9,000-square-foot building in Chandigarh’s affluent Sector 26 area. Promising chefs from all around the nation have been employed by the trio’s team to showcase their culinary skills in preparing Indian, Lebanese, Continental, and Pan-Asian cuisine.
With regard to the project, Badshah has stated that, aside from music, food is his greatest interest and that he has always loved cooking. Being the leader of this new journey from a place that has given him so much and shaped who he is, he is incredibly excited.
The goal of the brand is to satisfy food enthusiasts looking for a unique dining experience. The offering, which is primarily local but has a worldwide experimental attitude, is expected to be rich, deep, and varied as they work to reconcile tradition with modernity.

Indian food is served in the elegant dining establishment, Sago Spice Symphony. Enjoying the earthy sensations created by terracotta ceramics, white floral upholstery, glazed tiles, and natural masonry, diners can savour their favourite dishes from Desi cuisine. Sona Murgh Kebab, Lagan Ka Murgh, Sago Dal Makhni, and Chupa Rustam Beetroot Kebab are some of the specialties.
Seville is going to be a hybrid restaurant and lounge with a focus on Lebanese and Continental cuisine. The venue features a wood-carved mural that highlights the neutral colour schemes. It has a rustic wooden chandelier, a lighted open-to-sky roof, and mosaic flooring. The menu’s standout items are the Wild Mushroom With Cream Cheese Dimsum, Edamame Truffle Rice & Burnt Garlic Sauce, and Chicken Krapow Bowl.
A Pan-Asian cocktail bar called Sidera will be situated below ground. The aim of the facility is to lure in young visitors who want to experience something truly unique after hours. Anticipate high-end leather furnishings, neon highlights on textured walls, an arched ceiling shaped like a dune that glistens with stars at night, and a bar made of illuminated marble and onyx.
