Wonder what is this all about and how it can influence the tourism sector? Read on!
A Memorandum Of Understanding Has Been Signed
Department of Tourism’s Memorandum of Understanding with MakeMyTrip and redBus marks the beginning of a ‘strategic partnership’ with the primary goal of promoting sustainable tourism development. This also focuses on representing Madhya Pradesh “as a premier tourist destination”, according to the recently released Press Release.
There is a commitment to establishing and boosting proper homestays in the state as a part of this Memorandum of Understanding. It is an important step in bringing more streams of income including sustainable alternative ones, emphasising low-carbon tourism, and focusing on rural and urban incomes. To work out the plans efficiently, the brand will offer training sessions, both online and offline. These classes will be for everyone, starting from the new homestay operators to the already established ones. The goals of these sessions are to teach them about running these properties and also boost them properly.
There are more plans and work to do as well. MakeMyTrip is all set to form a partnership and collaborate with the tourism department to boost pilgrimage and wildlife-led travel experiences in Madhya Pradesh.
redBus Will Be An Official Partner Of Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board
Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board will soon acknowledge redBus as the official Online Bus Ticketing Partner. This will be a convenient travel option for visitors as it will focus on helping everyone to explore the not-much-explored and far places. Another significance of redBus becoming the official Online Bus Ticketing Partner is how it will provide the chance to experience the famous and authentic events and festivals of the state.
Have you travelled to Madhya Pradesh before? If not, plan a trip soon to explore the enriching experiences.
