Worli’s 78-year-old heritage bungalow has been polished and revived for the creative community in Mumbai. Kathiwada City House is a prime example of repurposing heritage buildings for a unique cultural experience. This house is a centre where the fusion of art, culture and wellness come into being. It is the brainchild of Sangita Devi Kathiwada, who descends from the royal family of Kathiwada, now in Madhya Pradesh. Sangita decided to redesign in 2002 and in 2020 Kathiwada City House opened its doors to the public and its private member community, Circle 1434. Experience The Taste Of Richness At Kathiwada City House, A Heritage Bungalow

Mumbai’s quaint lanes of Worli house this contemporary heritage bungalow which now caters to the creative minds of the city of dreams. As a heritage bungalow, this Art Deco Townhouse was built in the 1940s by an art collector along with the then-present sheriff of Mumbai, Jehangir Nicholson. 

Later, Sangita Devi Kathiwada overtook the house as she was an art enthusiast and revived it completely in a contemporary manner. Along with this, this house also became a hub for a lot of unique experiences as her son, Digvijay Singh Kathiwada opened an exclusive private membership called Circle 1434 for all the creative minds. Though a couple of events are open to the public as well, for that you have to keep an eye on their Instagram and website
