According to a post recently shared on Reddit a few hours ago, the incident took place at the Mio Amore counter at the Howrah station in West Bengal. In a long post, they narrated what had transpired. They said that they were with their friends and were about to place an order.
However, they saw a rat perched on top of the pile of chicken puffs. At first, they thought they were mistaken but they soon realised that it was, indeed, a rat. Shocked and disgusted to their core, they informed the staff at the counter.
To their utter surprise, the staff, too, seemed completely nonchalant about it. It was as if this was nothing new for them. The Redditor went on to say that this completely put them off from buying from Mio Amore again.
