There are many luxury hotels in Riyadh that are perfect for vacationing tourists. However, they are equally perfect for people in the city, who wish to indulge in a luxury break from the mundanity of daily life, without leaving the city limit through a staycation. And now, joining the renowned names, are two new hotels in Riyadh that will be coming up soon. We are talking about Regent and InterContinental hotels that will be opening at the King Abdullah Financial District.

Regent Riyadh KAFD Will Be A 250-Key Hotel

Soon, two new hotels will be opening in Riyadh. Regent Riyadh KAFD will be the IHG’s inaugural Regent property in Riyadh. As it will promise an unparalleled experience, which will be characterised by a thoughtful contrast and elegant touch. This is certainly going to be a lavish property! The 250-key hotel will boast two speciality restaurants, a tea lounge, a signature restaurant, and two cafes. Not to mention, there will also be a luxury fitness facility and a Regent Spa, where you can unwind and forget all about your worries. Moreover, there will also be a grand ballroom, meeting rooms, VIP and Bridal Suites as well.

InterContinental Riyadh KAFD Will Be A 400-Key Hotel

Coming to the InterContinental Riyadh KAFD, this will be a 400-key hotel. It will have five food and beverage outlets, which will include signature offerings as well. However, there will also be two speciality restaurants and a lobby lounge. Not to mention, the venue will also include conferencing facilities, a spa, a swimming pool, a recreation area, and a fitness centre. As it happens, the hotels are expected to open their doors in 2027.

However, besides the two hotels, a Kimpton property, which is the part of IHG-KAFD partnership, will also make a debut in 2024. Expected to take place by the end of 2024, this brings the total number of properties to three in KAFD.
