Filled with danpat, a rich red bean paste, that makes its way into many South Korean desserts including the fish-shaped pastry Bungeoppang and the rice cake dumpling Bukkumi, Coffee Bean Bread has a distinct flavour that stands out. The red bean filling is complemented by a strong aroma of coffee seeped in the batter. The bitter-sweet notes of coffee and the invigorating flavours of the red bean paste pair beautifully.
