The Friends star died in a tragic incident at his Los Angeles home on Saturday. Some law enforcement sources shared with the Los Angeles Times that the actor was found in an unconscious state. Responders found him in that condition in his hot tub at his home. Matthew passed away at the age of just 54 years old. Los Angeles Police Department spokesman talked about how they responded to the incident and went to his home for investigation at around 4:10 PM yesterday, according to a report by NDTV.
A spokesman of the fire department talked about how the reason behind his death was a water emergency. Though the spokesman did not confirm the exact issue or the news of Matthew drowning in the hot tub, many reports claim that the actor has lost his life after drowning in his hot tub apparently.
Perry’s last post on Instagram was about enjoying a relaxing time at a hot tub. He shared the picture a few days ago captioning, ‘Oh, so warm water swirling around makes you feel good? I’m Mattman’.

And for travelling to places, Perry enjoyed being in Hawaii’s Maui. In a conversation with Condé Nast Traveller, the actor revealed how he loved travelling to Maui for its pleasant weather all the time and its beauty. He loved the Four Seasons Resort at this place.
