Try This Awadhi-Style Chicken Recipe At Home ASAP

Ingredients:

  • 5 spn garlic paste
  • 2 spn chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 2 spn turmeric powder
  • 200 grm onion
  • 50 grm cashew nuts
  • 50 grm chironji
  • 2 spn poppy seeds
  • 10 pcs green chillies
  • 100 ml oil
  • 3 spn coriander powder
  • 2 spn khushbu masala
  • 100 grm curd

Here’s the recipe:

  • Start preparing Tawa Murgh Chaap by marinating chicken pieces with garlic paste, yellow chilli powder, salt, and 1 spn turmeric powder. Keep them aside for an hour.
  • Next, make a smooth paste by blending onion, cashew nuts, chironji, poppy seeds, and green chillies.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai and saute the freshly made paste. Next, add coriander powder, khushbu masala, 1 spn turmeric powder, and salt and cook on a low flame.
  • Once the spices get cooked well, add marinated chicken pieces to the kadhai, cover with a lid, and cook.
  • After a few minutes, add curd and cook on a low flame for some time.
  • In no time, Awadhi-style Tawa Murgh Chaap is ready to be served.
