Robert Irwin is a widely loved personality. He seems to have inherited his father’s passion and tenderness for animals and it clearly reflects in the way he interacts with other species. In a video posted recently on his Instagram, he introduces a cute furry new member of the Australia Zoo.
It was an adorable Quokka! These cute furry creatures are widely known as ‘the happiest animals on the Internet.’ All because of their cute features that seem to be a combination of squirrels and beavers. As the Quokka was grooming itself, Robert introduced him to the camera.
Robert was over the moon to have it at the zoo and it seems that the feeling was mutual because the Quokka started cutely nibbling and kissing Robert’s nose. It was truly adorable. Given how tender and gentle Robert is with animals, it is no surprise that the Quokka wasn’t afraid or threatened by him.
