Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar went on his first-ever trip to Kashmir recently. And he couldn’t help but excitedly share a glimpse of “heaven on earth” with his fans. Sachin Tendulkar Visits Kashmir For The First Time With His Family
Sharing a reel on X (formerly Twitter), Sachin Tendulkar’s travel escapade to Kashmir was no less than a vacation that would make anyone envious. The batting legend shows the first glimpse of the snowy mountains from his window seat on an airplane. “Any guesses where we are?”, he asks. “First darshan of Kashmir, first trip to Kashmir”, says Sachin Tendulkar looking right at the camera.
The lofty mountains, soft snowy blanket on the earth, the snowfall, bubbling streams, seemed to take his breath away. Sachin Tendulkar travelled around Kashmir in a car and his road trip adventures were out for his fans to see. Cricketer Irfan Pathan commented, “Paaji, don’t forget to eat wazwan”. Netizens were delighted to welcome the ‘God of Cricket’ to ‘Paradise on Earth’, Kashmir.

Visited A Bat Factory, Sipped Kashmiri Kahwa & More
Sachin Tendulkar also paid a visit to MJ Sports bat industry in Awantipora, Chersoo area, Jammu and Kashmir. Mohammad Shaheen Parray stated to PTI that they were busy making bats when they witnessed Sachin Tendulkar’s car stopping at their gate. Mohammad Shaheen stated to PTI that Sachin stroked a few bats and was happy with the quality. The cricket legend told the team at MJ Sports that he came to compare the Kashmir willow bats with those bats made of English willow. His wife, Anjali and daughter, Sara also gave him company.

During his family trip to Kashmir, Sachin Tendulkar also interacted with his fans and graciously posed for pictures and selfies with them. The cricketer also visited a local Kashmiri shop selling almonds, saffron, walnuts and other delicacies. Sachin Tendulkar sipped a cup of Kashmiri Kahwa.
