Mumbai’s famous Sassoon Docks will undergo a revamp once again and its about to start within the next 2 months. Brought on by Mumbai Port Trust, they are planning to spike up the city’s famous tourist spot into an engaging experience for everyone. The new facilities will include an air-conditioned fish market, a fish aquarium, an amphitheater, an open exhibition center, and clean toilets. What Is It?

The entire Sassoon Docks area is going to be modernized with extensive sewage disposal systems, and the local community over there will be instructed to separate the dry and wet waste as well. The plan is to develop Sassoon Docks into a modern fishing village of the city. Basically, Mumbai Port Trust is not only targeting the Sassoon Docks but the entire area around it as well.
