It was not too long ago that Riyadh Metro was launched in Saudi Arabia, which created quite a buzz on social media. And now, just a few days after the launch of this much-awaited public transport, Uber has announced the launch of a new service. Offering aid to people travelling to and from these metro stations, here’s all you need to know about the Uber RPT Link.

Uber has launched, the Uber RPT Link, which will offer people last-and-first-mile connectivity from the metro stations in Riyadh. As a result, it offers services to people travelling from or to these metro stations in Riyadh, and even dedicated bus routes. So, if you get the Uber RPT Link, all you need to do is select the option on the app. After this, your destination will be set to the nearest Metro Station! As a result, travelling to (or from) the nearest metro station just became a lot easier.

How Is It Beneficial?

To jog your memory, Dubai Metro was launched in several phases. The first one was launched on Sunday, December 1. And the last phase will be launched on Sunday, January 5, 2025. For those who aren’t aware, these Metro lines connect the following destinations –

• Blue Line – Al-Olaya And Al-Batha
• Yellow Line – King Khalid International Airport Road
• Purple Line – The intersection of Abdulrahman Bin Auf Street with Sheikh Hassan Bin Hussein Street
• Red Line – Along The King Abdullah Road
• Green Line – along The King Abdulaziz Road
• Orange Line – Along Al-Madina Al-Munuwarah Road
