This initiative is aimed at offering users flexible and diverse payment options, reflecting the commitment to convenience.
Alipay+ Provides Global Connectivity
In collaboration with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, fintech pioneer ‘PayBy’, and other key partners, the service has seamlessly integrated into the entire taxi fleet across the emirate. Boasting more than 1.4 billion users worldwide across 10 different global electronic wallets, Alipay+ caters to the evolving preferences of taxi users, especially tourists relying predominantly on digital payments.
Seamless Transactions & User-Friendly, Secure Experience
The process of paying taxi fares through the Alipay+ application is not only user-friendly but also prioritizes security. Passengers can effortlessly request payment initiation by the driver through QR code scanning on POS devices upon reaching their destination. Post successful completion, both driver and passenger receive prompt notifications confirming the transaction.
