The couple has invested around ₹59 crore to get an opulent flat with a sea view at the Oberoi Three Sixty West development in Mumbai’s Worli neighbourhood. According to a Hindustan Times report, it is a 5,395 square-foot RERA carpeted luxury apartment with three parking spaces. The flat, which is located on the higher floor, was sold by Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd.
In fact, the property transaction valued at ₹58.66 crore was filed on May 24, 2024. The filings state that the Kapoors paid ₹1.75 crore in stamp duty for the purchase. In 2018, Shahid Kapoor paid ₹55.60 crore and ₹2.91 crore in stamp duty for an 8,281-square-foot flat in the same building.
Three Sixty West aims to build distinguished residences for India’s most accomplished families and to establish a distinctive emblem for one of the world’s great cities. It is a mixed-use project with two buildings situated in Worli, Mumbai. They include 4 BHK, 5 BHK, duplex apartments and penthouses.
