These two dynamic chefs from Indian Accent, New Delhi, will be setting up a residency in the Singapore-based club.
Chefs Manish & Shantanu Mehrotra Of Indian Accent In Singapore
Mandala Masters is a famed culinary residency programme in Singapore that features the foremost chefs in the world. This time, to introduce Singapore to Desi flavours, it is featuring Chef Manish Mehrotra and Shantanu Mehrotra of Indian Accent, New Delhi.
Patrons can choose from a four, a seven or a nine-course meal for either lunch or dinner. It will feature unique and extraordinary dishes like Kanyakumari Crab with Sago Pongal along with Caviar and desserts like doda barfi treacle tart with caramelised milk ice cream.
This celebration of Indian flavours will take place from the 9th of May to the 25th of May. The two chefs will showcase their talents and put their own spin on the already diverse Indian cuisine. The Mandala Club is partnering with Amaya Ventures to bring the esteemed chefs of Indian Accent to Singapore.
