Salvatore Babones is an American sociologist and also an associate professor at the University of Sydney. Recently, he travelled on the 2nd class compartment of the Rajdhani Express. And what surprised him the most during the journey was the quality and taste of the food served. Salvatore Babones took to Twitter to praise the food served on Rajdhani Express.

In his caption, he expresses his appreciation for the food and says that it seems to be more like first-class than second-class compartment food. He posted pictures of his meal which includes dal, rice, chapatis, curd and vegetable curry. Another picture shows empty containers, proof of how much he loved his desi meal. The third picture is a selfie with Mr Narendra Kumar, the chef. Salvatore Babones tagged Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in his tweet.

He jovially informed in his tweet that chef Narendra Kumar must be made the international brand ambassador. The American sociologist gave 5 stars to the kitchen at Rajdhani Express. And even updated Twitteratis about the free ice cream he relished on the train. In no time, his tweet went viral. It garnered over 874.3k views, 24.3k likes and 2750 re-tweets.
