South Africa Cheetah, Gamini, Gives Birth To Six Cubs

The Union Cabinet Minister recently took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) account and shared an adorable video of six cheetah newborn cheetah cubs. These cubs are only a few days old. It was initially believed that Gamini, their mother, only birthed five cubs.

However, the Union Cabinet Minister confirmed today that, in fact, she gave birth to a total of six cubs. Along with the video and a picture, he shared a touching caption. He wrote that Gamini’s legacy had leapt forward.

He also went on to say that the fact that she had given birth to six cubs at once is a record of sorts. This is because she is a first-time mother and generally they don’t give birth to as many cubs. But the fact that she did is a testament to the environment of the National Park.
