What Is It?
Stone House, two bedroom artistic villa, is a modern day architectural dream house. Located just 30 minutes away from Sula vineyard, this house is a perfect retreat for wine enthusiasts. Spread over 40 acres of lush green, this house is right next to the Gautami Godavari dam; making it an ideal getaway for couples, friends and families.
The villa comprises of a ground floor, a first floor and a massive private lawn to play with your furry animals. The lawn can easily accommodate upto 15-20 people hence, making it ideal for events and large gatherings. The two air conditioned bedrooms come with attached washroom and a perfect view of the lush green surroundings and the Godavari Lake.
What Else?
Both the rooms have a “5×6” bed and can accommodate upto 4 people each with an extra bed. The living room is crafted from natural stones and exotic wood, the living area is well lit with modern furniture; giving you a more unrestricted view of the Godavari Lake. The villa can however accommodate up to 8 guests only.
