Eid al-Adha is a major holiday in the UAE and it’s hardly a secret. So, if you are also waiting with bated breath for the next long weekend, then you will love to know that Hijri New Year, the Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday, and the National Day are expected to mark long weekends. It is expected that the Hijri New Year or the Islamic New Year will fall on July 21, Friday, which means there will be another long weekend. Moreover, according to the National News, Friday, September 29 marks Prophet Muhammad’s birthday, which is also going to be a long weekend. Additionally, the National Day falls on Saturday, December 2 on Sunday, December 3.
