Sunny Deol’s Juhu Bungalow NOT On Sale; Bank Withdraws E-Notice, Calls It Technical Issue

You all must have read the news of Sunny Deol’s upscale bungalow in Juhu being up for auction. It was mentioned that the Bank of Baroda had officially released an e-auction notice to recover a loan taken by the actor. The loan amount was stated as ₹56 crore in the notice. The recent news update states that the bank has withdrawn the e-auction notice.

Sunny Deol’s Juhu Bungalow Is Not On Sale

The Bank of Baroda, On Monday, has withdrawn the e-auction notice issued for Sunny Deol’s Juhu bungalow. On August 21, Monday, there was another notice published that stated that the sale notice had been withdrawn for technical reasons.

A corrigendum, which means an error to be corrected, was issued just a day after the auction notice was issued. The notice mentioned the address of Sunny’s bungalow in Juhu and also mentioned that the notice published in The Times of India Sunday edition has been withdrawn because of a technical glitch.

Sunny Deol’s team accepted the auction notice on Sunday and mentioned that he would be paying the dues in a day or two. They also informed me that the amount mentioned is incorrect.

On Sunday, the Bank of Baroda published a notice in the name of Gadar 2’s lead, Ajay Singh Deol, famously known as Sunny Deol. The notice mentioned Juhu’s upscale bungalow, Sunny Villa, and loan details.

The Actor Enjoys Gadar 2’s Success

Sunny Sounds Pvt. Ltd., a company owned by Sunny Deol, his father Dharmendra Singh Deol, and his brother Vijay Singh Deol, aka Bobby Deol, was also mentioned in the notice. The company stands as the corporate guarantor and guarantor. This was for the loan that Sunny Deol has borrowed from Bank of Baroda.

Sunny’s bungalow Sunny Villa is located on Juhu’s Gandhigram Road. The bungalow was to be auctioned off in order to recover the dues left unpaid by the actor.

Gadar 2, the actor’s latest release, is enjoying its success currently. It is the comeback movie which was one of the most anticipated. The movie is a sequel to Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. It was released in 2001 and was a blockbuster of its time.
