The Crown Prince of Dubai approved the idea of the expansion of these districts during the recent meeting of Dubai’s Higher Committee for Development & Citizens Affairs. The aim of this development is to entirely provide better facilities to Emiratis.
Similar to every other area in Dubai, this neighbourhood will also be home to markets, community areas, eateries and wellness centres. Sheikh Hamdan has carefully scrutinized the design plans of this development.
Each area is inspired by one natural element. For instance, Al Mizhar 1 will notice the influence of the national tree of UAE, Ghaf. Water & Sand Dunes design elements are what inspired the creation of Al Khawaneej and the Al Barsha respectively.
Are you ready to get lost in the nature-inspired environment of Dubai’s new neighbourhood?
