After the COVID pandemic, now international travel is gradually increasing. According to data released by digital travel platform Agoda, destinations in Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, and Europe such as France and Switzerland have emerged as the most popular vacation destinations for Indians this summer. It has surpassed the list of destinations in Singapore and has emerged as the most popular destination even before the pandemic.

It is great news for all travelers and explorers. Because finally after 2 years they get a chance to relish in these beautiful destinations this summer. Indians are looking for areas that can quench their wanderlust in these particular places.

Top Travel Destinations Of 2022

Agoda in one of their statements said “Within the country, the domestic travel booking data stipulate the lively metro cities of New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chennai as the favored choices. It comes as no surprise that Goa continues to remain a prime contender, featuring alongside the heaving metros as the ideal beach destination to kick back and relax.” In fact, the domestic travel data shows that the metropolises of New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore are also the most popular destinations in the country, but Goa remains at the top.

And Globally Bangkok was ranked number one in the world in 2022. Adding to it this bustling city embraces vacations with nightlife, beaches, temples, and food and all the travel rules were almost completely relaxed. Other Asian gems in the top five spots are Jeju Island, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, and Seoul.
