Travel from Bengaluru to Bangkok is about to get a whole lot easier. Air India Express recently announced that on October 18, 2025, it will start operating daily direct flights between Bengaluru and Bangkok. You will travel smoothly from the tech hub of India right into the heart of Thailand, with no stops or extra time wasted.

Air India Express To Start Direct Flights From Bengaluru To Bangkok

Bangkok is one of the most popular cities in Southeast Asia because of its magnificent temples, mouthwatering cuisine, and vibrant nightlife. Whether you’re going for a short getaway, a family holiday, or even business, this new direct flight makes the journey far more convenient. As per the Business Standard reports, to celebrate the launch, the airline is offering special fares that make the deal even more tempting:

  • A round trip will cost you only ₹16,800.
  • Bengaluru to Bangkok flight ticket is priced at ₹9,000 one way.
  • A ticket to Bengaluru from Bangkok costs ₹8,850 one way.

Bookings are already open on the airline’s website, app, and all major booking platforms. So, if Thailand has been on your bucket list, this might be the perfect time to book your tickets.

Air India Express has been steadily building its network to Thailand. It already connects Bangkok with Lucknow, Pune, and Surat and also operates direct flights from Hyderabad to Phuket. Now, with Bengaluru added, travellers from South India get an even easier option to reach Thailand.

Bengaluru is currently Air India Express’ largest base in India. According to Business Standard, the airline operates more than 440 weekly flights from the city, connecting directly to 30 destinations within India and four international ones.

If you live in Bengaluru or nearby cities, this new service is a big win. You no longer have to travel through another city or wait for limited flights to Thailand. Now that daily direct flights to Bangkok will soon be available, planning a short vacation or even a weekend getaway is much simpler. Better onboard facilities and more affordable tickets surely add to its charm and convenience.
