Expect a programme filled with classics and the unexpected epic ballad because there won’t be the latest album to launch.

After a dramatic breakup in 1993, Guns N’ Roses’ most recent lineup, which still includes frontman Axl Rose, guitarist Slash, and bassist Duff McKagan, only started playing together again in 2016. Rose kept on touring under the Guns N’ Roses moniker after the breakup and put out the 2008 album Chinese Democracy.
The American rockers, who were founded in 1985, are one of their generation’s most recognisable and have attracted loyal fanbases.

In 2013, Slash made a triumphant comeback to the UAE to headline under his own title. At the Dubai Tennis Stadium, he put on a wild performance that included a rare appearance by American shock rocker Alice Cooper. With the late frontman Scott Weiland, Slash and McKagan formed Velvet Revolver. In 2008, the band served as the festival’s headlining act in Dubai.

The bestselling boy band of all time, Backstreet Boys, have announced their performance in Abu Dhabi, and they will visit the city on May 7.
