Just recently, several details were revealed about Burj Azizi by the Azizi Group, which is coming up in Dubai. This new Dubai skyscraper is expected to be almost as tall as Burj Khalifa. Yes, expected to be almost as high as the 828 m high Burj khalifa, it was revealed that the upcoming skyscraper will also be housing the highest nightclub in the world. Burj Azizi To Feature The Highest Nightclub In The World
As revealed by the Azizi Group, Burj Azizi is certainly one of the most anticipated projects in Dubai. Expected to break many records, it was announced that it will be home to the highest nightclub in the world. Yes, located on the 126th floor. The tower is expected to be 725 m high and is going to be almost as high as the Burj Khalifa. It’s worth noting that it’s not clear where the current highest nightclub is located, however, it is expected that this nightclub is going to be a big draw for people. In fact, this building is being built at a cost of AED6 billion on the Sheikh Zayed Road and will have a whopping 131 storeys. It’s just going to be a rank behind Burj Khalifa, which is already the world’s tallest building.

It Will Have A Range Of Amenities & Record-Breaking Features
It should be noted that the Burj Azizi is expected to be completed in the next four years and that, it’s also going to offer a range of amenities. These include wellness centres, saunas, gyms, mini-markets, residences, swimming pools, children’s play areas, and lots more. In fact, there will also be a vertical mall that will be spread across seven floors along with a luxury ballroom and beach club. Besides these, the developers have revealed that it will also be home to the highest hotel lobby in the world on level 11 and the highest observation deck at level 130. In fact, Burj Azizi is expected to feature a unique all-suite seven-star hotel, as mentioned previously, that will be inspired by seven cultural themes. The residences will include penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes.
