Happening over the weekend, the festival will be in the city from December 8 to December 10, the Michelin Guide’s first food in the region is actually a part of the Abu Dhabi Culinary Season. It should be noted that the fiesta will be unfolding at Louvre Abu Dhabi Park. As mentioned above, chefs from 16 Michelin Guide recognised restaurants will come together under the single theme of ‘Discover The Art Of Flavour’. As a result, they will be offering specially curated menus, chef’s table events, exclusive dishes, culinary masterclasses, and a marketplace to buy Michelin products and local farm produce.

So, you can certainly find some absolutely unique dishes with decadent flavours, which will be marking the identity of a plate. This is the reason why ‘Discover the Art of Flavour’ has been chosen as the inaugural food festival theme by the Michelin Guide.

Which Restaurants Are Participating Here?

The Michelin-star restaurants that will be featured at the festival include renowned names, such as SORN, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi, and 99 Sushi Bar. As it happens, there will also be an exciting range of activities, which include six exclusive masterclasses. Yes, each one of these focuses on a different type of flavour, such as sweet, sour, umami, spicy, bitter, and savoury. So, besides the restaurants showcasing their delightful dishes, visitors will also be able to join a Star chef’s table for a unique six-hand collaboration between international chefs and a local chef. As such, there is also going to be a bar and pastry offerings.
It sounds pretty fantastic, doesn’t it? Well, tickets are already up for grabs and you can purchase them for AED100.
