Opening its gorgeous outdoor lounge, they are marking this re-opening with a unique culinary event. Yes, for their exclusive four-hands dinner, Brazilian churrasco expert and Head Chef of Fogueira, Fernando Rey Golfarine is going to collaborate with Argentinean Sous Chef Sebastian Perez. He will be joining the head chef from Grosvenor House and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa. The dining experience will be happening for three nights only and this will be from October 31st to November 2nd.

Coming to the menu, the food will include dishes that will be inspired by Argentinian and Brazilian roots. What Can You Expect At The Four Hands Dinner

Here you can celebrate the opening with the exclusive dinner that will feature imaginative dishes crafted in harmony by both the chefs. For instance, chef Fernando will be preparing an array of buffet dishes, such as a large selection of salads, main courses like Brazilian Feijoada, Bobó de Camarão and Vaca Atolada, and hot appetisers. Finally, you can end the meal with delicious desserts like Brazilian Lemon Tart and Açaí Cheesecake.

While on the other hand, chef Sebastian will be serving ready-to-eat platters directly to the guest table such as Argentinian-inspired appetizers, and mains like Argentinean Rib Eye and Cabritos a la Cruz.
