On being asked about what is the thing about being a good cook. Chef Brar said, “Patience and persistence. I think in life you know cooking and in life sort of go hand in hand. And, it’s impossible for you not to have crossed a few cycles in life or few platforms in life for it to reflect in your food. So the journey of cooking and the journey of life go together. For you to expect to cook like a 40-year-old, when you’re 23, you know you still have to live a little bit of life for it to reflect on your food.”
