It was a well-kept secret by the weird food connoisseurs but now it’s out in the world, being loved by a lot more people. You are allowed to have your reservations about it but we’re sure you have your guilty pleasures too. This is all to say that every odd food combination deserves a chance. And Nalini is giving one to Gulab Jamuns on Dosa. 

North Meets South With This New Combo of Gulab Jamun And Dosa!

This combination reminds us of the movie 2 States. It feels like an amalgamation of two cultures and rightly so! Nalini Unagar, the Indian YouTuber shared images of this dish on her X (formerly Twitter) account. Around the year 2021, Nalini Unagar began her YouTube career. All 250 of the recipe videos were taken down from Nalini’s channel once she decided to quit YouTube.

She captioned the post, “Introducing Gulab Jamun Dosa”. The sweet Gulab Jamun has been crushed on top of a crispy Dosa.
