“They Let Foreigners In For Free, But Indians Have To Wait,” Scottish Man About Goa Nightclub; Netizens, “Because Foreigners Will Pay More!”

A Scottish-Korean influencer took to Instagram to share how a nightclub in Goa favoured foreign tourists over locals. In the video, he claimed that despite a long queue outside the nightclub, he and his friends were quickly let in because they were foreigners. His video has sparked a debate about discrimination and racism in the hospitality sector.

Scottish Influencer Claims Goa Nightclub Let Foreigners In For Free

Ryan Williams, a Scottish-Korean influencer, recently posted a video on Instagram about a “Racist Nightclub in Goa, India”. The video briefly shows preferential treatment and how easily his party was let into the club and seated in minutes, while the locals had to wait outside in long queues.

Emphasising his belief that discriminatory practices were at play, he mentioned that he and his friend, Robin Alderslowe were given free entry. “They let us in for free because we’re foreigners, but then they (the locals) have to all wait,” he says in the video.

The video shows the duo breezing past a long line and being shown to their table in no time. They believe that the entry into the nightclub in Goa was unfair and racially motivated. While the name of the place wasn’t mentioned, people online have divided views on the reason behind this unquestionable discriminatory behaviour.
