Lying on the higher expanses of Himachal Pradesh, the astoundingly gorgeous Spiti Valley wears different hues at different times of the year. Snowy paths can be spotted in Spiti almost all around the year. During winters, the valley turns into a spotless white dreamland with snow covering every inch of it. The beauty is overwhelming here in the cold months but with fewer amenities. Winter temperatures in Spiti can fall below -20°C and water gets frozen.
