  • Crack a few eggs in a bowl. (Prefer cracking your eggs on a flat surface so that the shells don’t break in a bowl.)
  • Whisk them properly. (Honeysuckle advises to skip adding any splash of milk or water but if you like your scrambled eggs to be creamy you can add)
  • The consistency of scrambled eggs completely depends on you, whether you like it to be soft and on the runny side or you like it absolutely dry or firm.
  • Take a pan, and set the flame between medium to low.
  • Add a tbsp of butter to the pan and let it melt nicely. (the quantity of butter again depends on you.)
  • Add your properly whisked egg mixture.
