Thomas Cook India Launches WhatsApp Calling For Prepaid Forex Card Users, Offering Real-Time Help To International Travellers

Thomas Cook India has launched a WhatsApp calling feature to help customers with their forex queries. It also offers timely voice support to its prepaid card users. Apart from using the other features like downloading statements and checking balance, the customers will now be able to connect directly to their forex specialists for their travel-related queries at any time through a voice call. 

Thomas Cook Introduces New WhatsApp Voice Support

Thomas Cook India Limited (TCIL), one of the leading omnichannel travel companies in India known for services like foreign exchange, corporate travel, leisure holidays, visa support and more, has just announced its new WhatsApp calling feature. This service will now allow forex prepaid card customers to connect directly with the Thomas Cook team through a WhatsApp voice call on +91 8879142236,  the same number used for its widely adopted WhatsApp bot service. X user @jschanan also shared this on their account, saying that this new feature will provide support to pre-paid card users. 

Not just that, this feature is integrated into Thomas Cook’s existing forex WhatsApp bot, which already allows self-service support like checking balances, downloading statements, generating card PINs, and managing card limits and channels. The new WhatsApp voice calling also brings in a key benefit: real-time human support, available globally. Customers can now speak directly to Thomas Cook’s forex specialists anytime through WhatsApp for their international travel queries. It will eliminate the need to get a local SIM card or dial international toll-free numbers.

Strengthening Forex Services For Customers
