On a new Sunday Brunch episode, our Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani met Bollywood actor Govinda’s wife, Sunita Ahuja, and his daughter Tina Ahuja. Dining at their stunning Juhu home, Kamiya was treated by the duo to a lavish meal of Punjabi classics cooked and served with der saara pyaar. From shaking a leg to laughing her heart out, Sunita Ahuja proved why no one can leave her home without having a ball of a time. During the chat, Tina Ahuja revealed how she is glad that her father Govinda’s filmography doesn’t have sad songs.
Tina Ahuja Loves Her Dad Govinda’s Songs
While chatting with Kamiya Jani, Tina Ahuja said, “Thank god my father (Govinda) doesn’t have any sad songs or any artsy films.” She elaborates, “I’m not an artsy (art film-loving) person.” Ahuja said she doesn’t like art films and she is grateful that her father’s films are filled with happy songs. “I’m so grateful my father has given such nice songs that people still dance to.”
Furthermore, she said, “I’m not a theatre person or arty person.” During the conversation, Sunita Ahuja revealed how she calls her ailing mother every day and makes her laugh over the phone. Sunita says,”Mere dil mein sukoon aata hai. Jab meri maa khush. Main khush” (I feel relieved when my mom laughs. If my mom is happy, I am happy)
