Hidden in the basement of Third Man London, a record store in Central London, Literarium is that perfect thing for all readers. You will have to pay £7 (₹913 approx.) to get two tokens to use in the machine, and you will get a completely random book. According to Jana Abelovska (@london.andbeyond), who posted the video, it’s the second machine of its kind in the whole world! How cool is that?

You Don’t Get To Choose Your Book

What we like about this book vending machine is that you don’t get to choose your book, and it is a complete lucky dip. Maybe you will get something as per your preference, or maybe you will get something completely opposite to what you usually read. We are sure readers would love the thrill of it!

According to the Instagram post of @london.andbeyond, the machine was designed by Toronto artist Craig Small. The books inside are exclusive to the machine and may include poetry, short stories, manifestos and even excerpts from stories yet to be released.
