1. Drink Lots And Lots Of Water
The first and foremost thing to deal with the heatwave is to drink lots of water. Ensure that you carry your water bottle while travelling. Also, try to opt for insulated bottles that help to keep the water cold.
2. Wear Sunscreen
You do not want to get your skin burned while travelling so make it a point to apply sunscreen and carry it along too. Avoid heavy makeup that causes irritation and sweat.

3. Opt For Air-Conditioned Travel Options
Opt for air-conditioned cars, buses and trains for travelling. If there is a flight on the route, it is best to opt for it in case it comes within budget.
