However, this Nepal bus service was at a halt for some time due to the pandemic. However, in June this year, the buses began to ply again from Delhi to Kathmandu. Delhi-Nepal Direct Buses To Run Once Again; All You Need To Know
- The Delhi to Kathmandu (Nepal) bus services initiates from Dr Ambedkar Stadium Bus terminal, Delhi Gate.
- It departs at 10 am in the morning from Delhi.
- Reportedly, there are plans to start bus services from Delhi’s Majnu Ka Tila to Kathmandu.
- The Majnu Ka Tila buses plan to run at 5 am. Passengers can embark from Dr Ambedkar Stadium Bus terminal, and eventually, it will depart for Nepal at 7 am
- The present route of the Delhi-Nepal includes the Delhi-Agra-Kanpur-Lucknow route.
- The buses will travel a distance of 1250 Km of distance.
- The Delhi-Kathmandu bus will halt for breakfast and lunch in India and, later, for dinner in Nepal.
- Run by Delhi Transport Corporation, a one-time fare on the bus will cost up to ₹2,800

- The buses will disembark at Swayambhu Manjusree Yatayat point.
- This bus service leaves from Delhi on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Return bus services will start on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
